Privacy policy

This site is run by Chill Machine (including the Dormis brand), based in the United Kingdom. We have kept it as light on data as we can.

What we collect

• No accounts, no forms, no email sign-up. We do not ask for your name or email address.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. It does not create a profile of you.
• Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The noise player

The noise player generates sound inside your browser. No audio or personal data is sent to us when you use it.

Spotify

Some pages include embedded Spotify players and links to Spotify. When you load or use these, Spotify may set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy. Our links to Spotify include simple labels (for example utm_source=brownnoise.fm) so we can see which pages people find useful. These labels do not identify you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you. Because we do not collect any directly, there is normally nothing to provide. For any privacy question, contact us via our Spotify artist page.
